
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Things You Need to Know
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return/exchange any purchased item for any reason.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different colour if preferred.
In the case of the item being exchanged we will resend the new item back to you free of additional delivery charges. (Applies to Australia Wide Deliveries Only).
One delivery free exchange is valid per customer, any other exchanges after will be at cost of the customer.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
If you would like to return an item to us follow the steps below:
Email within 7 days of your purchase date to inform us that you will be returning the item. We will promptly reply to your email and advise of the delivery address.
Ensure that all items are in a new and unused condition. If the item is not in the original condition then we have the right to refuse a refund and the item will be sent back to you
Include your full name, address, telephone number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please also state the way you purchased the item e.g. credit card or Bank transfer.
Send the item to us within 30 days from purchase date with receipt of purchase.
All items that are sent back MUST be posted via express or registered post.
Any item that is not sent via express/registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited.
Refunds/Exchanges can take up to 21 days to process after goods have been received.
