Colourful feeling and a happy core

I absolutely LOVE my lovely yellow ball! I work from home my kitchen table & so having a chair that’s functional and lovely to look at makes me happy. I also teach Pilates & can use the ball in my studio ☺️

I purchased an Esfera 65cm wellness ball to support my recovery from major abdominal surgery - and I was not disappointed! Given most of my exercise is being done at home, in my lounge, I didn’t want a ball that stuck out like a sore thumb. The ball is the perfect size for me (I’m 165cm tall) and beautifully designed (love the handle for easy manoeuvring & the stability ring at the bottom which stops the ball rolling around). It’s also made of a gorgeous fabric, comes beautifully packaged, arrived promptly & the personalised note from Joni was the loveliest touch.

Firstly I ordered the wrong size ball so immediately emailed the team who immediately responded saying they had changed my ordered so I would receive the right size. I love the Esfera Wellness Ball as an alternative to sitting on my office chair. It's comfortable, looks great and helps me maintain my balance and core strength whilst working.

I am loving my wellness ball. I am very happy with my wellness ball - the inner ball seems very sturdy; good thickness and the cover is made of quality fabric! It’s very well made!! I’m using it as my desk chair and also when I sit at the dining table to eat my breakfast while reading the paper.

Love the Esfera Ball. I use it in my office as my seat and it is so comfortable and great for my back, I love the cloth finish and the handle makes it so easy to carry.
