Do not use if you are physically or psychologically impaired without medical clearance.
-
Always use under the supervision of a responsible adult where appropriate.
-
Safe Setup
-
Always place the ball on a flat, non-slippery surface before sitting or exercising.
-
Ensure the stability ring is properly inserted and your feet remain firmly on the ground.
-
Keep the ball a safe distance away from sharp edges, corners, stairs, windows, and other hazards.
-
Avoid use near pets, sharp jewellery, pointed objects, or rough household surfaces that may puncture the ball.
-
Weight Limit
-
The Esfera ball has been pressure tested to a maximum load of 200kg however for safe and durable daily use, we recommend weight of approximately 120-150kg.
-
This limit does not mean the ball is indestructible. Misuse, sharp objects, or over-inflation may cause damage.
-
Burst & Stability Disclaimer
-
While designed to be burst-resistant, no exercise ball is completely burst-proof.
-
There is always a small risk of sudden deflation or bursting. Please use with caution and inspect your ball regularly for signs of wear, damage, or punctures.
-
Inflation & Maintenance
-
The ball may require re-inflation over time. Using an under-inflated ball can be hazardous.
-
Inflate only with the pump provided. Do not attempt to inflate by mouth (this may cause dizziness).
-
When inflating with the hand pump, take breaks to avoid fatigue.
-
Inspect regularly for damage and replace immediately if compromised.
-
During Use
-
Be aware that sudden movements may result in loss of balance. Exercise caution at all times.
