Standard Shipping Info

We start packing your order as quickly as possible after you click 'buy now'. This helps us with a fast turnaround of your items, however this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes, or removing items.

If you wish to update any details following your purchase, please email us at info@esferadesigns.com.au and we will do our best to make those changes prior to your order being sent.

Delivery fees

Australia

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $100.00.

Standard Shipping is applied at a flat fee of $12.00 for all orders under $100.00, which is a 2-8 day delivery window and we offer Express Shipping at a flat fee of $20.00, which is a 1-2 days turnaround.

New Zealand

Delivery is a flat fee of $20.00. We offer express shipping at a fee of $30.00 which is an estimated delivery turnaround of 7-10 days.

*For all orders over 20.00kg, shipping costs will be determined by a weight calculator.

Please note

We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post / International shipping company. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the AusPost / International shipping representative upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Standard shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
