Australia Wide Shipping

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 60 calendar days of purchase.

  • Refunds: We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) once we receive your returned item.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange for a different item of your choice. Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable time of purchase, Esfera Designs will cover the cost of return shipping and resend your replacement free of charge.

Please note: only one free exchange for faulty items will be covered per customer. Subsequent exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

If the item is faulty, Esfera Designs will cover the costs of return shipping and resend your replacement free of charge.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to all purchases made by New Zealand consumers. These statutory rights are not limited or excluded by this policy. Where this policy provides greater rights than the law requires, those additional rights still apply.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@esferadesigns.com.au to let us know you’ll be returning or exchanging an item. We’ll provide the delivery address.
  2. Ensure all items are returned in their original condition. If not, we may refuse the return and send the item back to you.
  3. Include your full name, address, telephone number, and whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please also state your original payment method.
  4. Send the item back within 60 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. We recommend using express or registered post — items lost in the post without tracking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Deskka Branded Products

Please note: Any Deskka branded items (Laptop & Monitor Stands, Pen & Planter Holders) require a 30-day returns policy.
