Our products, including stability balls, are designed to be burst-resistant and have been pressure tested at the time of manufacturing for weights up to 200kg. However, there is a small risk of bursting or deflating.

4. Safety & Usage Guidelines

To minimise risk, please follow these guidelines when using Esfera products:

  • Do not exceed the recommended user weight.

  • Inflate the product according to the provided instructions; do not over inflate.

5. Orders & Deliveries

Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this website. Delivery is subject to product availability. Esfera Designs cannot accept responsibility for items we are unable to supply.

6. Cancellation

Standard stocked item orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch but not once goods are in transit.

7. Prices & Payment

Prices displayed are current at the time of delivery unless a specific price has been quoted.

8. Promotions

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

9. GST Information

All prices on this website include 10% GST. Invoices will itemise the GST component and the total amount payable.
