Rather than replacing traditional desk seating entirely, many customers enjoy using the ball alongside desk chairs, standing desks and movement breaks as part of a more varied workday.

Anti-Fatigue Sit/Stand Mat

The Esfera Anti-Fatigue Sit/Stand Mat is designed to support more comfortable standing and movement during workdays.

Its cushioned surface encourages subtle movement while standing and creates a softer underfoot experience for standing desk setups.

It also doubles as a stable base for your Active Sitting Ball, helping keep it securely in place, especially on slippery surfaces.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE BALL

Size guide:

Sitting Ball — 65cm
Optimal for most standard desks (74–76cm).

*If you're under 5'5", you may want to pair it with a footrest so your feet sit comfortably flat on the ground. If your desk is height-adjustable, a 55cm ball may suit you better.

Exercise sizing, by height
55cm — 4'8" to 5'5"
65cm — 5'6" to 6'0"
75cm — 6'1" to 6'5"

These are approximate. Every body is different. If you're still unsure after reading this, your local physiotherapist or OT can help you choose the right fit.

Weight
The 65cm ball is pressure tested to hold up to 200kg. For safe, everyday durability, we recommend a working weight of 120–150kg.

INFLATING YOUR BALL

The inner exercise ball is made with a burst resistant, phthalates free PVC, which means it is highly durable and it won't burst on you.

Inflating the ball should take between 10-15 minutes using the hand-pump provided. The inner ball may seem as though it reaches full capacity fairly quickly and you might be thinking you have the wrong size ball, however the ball will just keep inflating until it completely fills the outer cover and there are no creases.

CARING FOR YOUR BALL

To keep your exercise ball in top condition, we recommend regularly wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. The fabric cover can be machine washed in warm water (40°C) and should be turned inside out to protect the material. For best results, tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to prevent shrinking. Always ensure the ball is fully inflated and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain its durability and shape. With proper care, your ball will stay fresh, clean, and ready for your next session!

We do our best to ensure that pre-order items are shipped by the expected date listed on the product page. Please note, however, that this date is an estimate based on the information we receive regarding stock delivery and may be subject to change.

If you purchase multiple items, all products will be shipped together as one parcel once the pre-ordered item is back in stock. Should you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, simply email us at info@esferadesigns.com.au with your order details, and we’ll arrange a separate shipment for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however you may return/exchange any purchased item for any reason.

We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred, providing the item is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of the item being exchanged we will resend the new item back to you free of additional delivery charges. (Applies to Australia Wide Deliveries Only).

One delivery free exchange is valid per customer, any other exchanges after will be at cost of the customer.
