Active Sitting
It's a type of sitting that allows you to move more while remaining in a seated position, reducing time spent in a static seated position. A round based seat encourages you to activate your core, while being mindful of your balance and posture. Stronger abdominal muscles protect the lower back and moving while seated also stimulates your blood circulation and concentration.
How to choose your size?
Sizes based on height are approximate. We acknowledge all body shapes are different and if you're still unsure after reading this guide, please seek advice from your local physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
Sitting ball: 65cm.
A typical desk height ranges from 74cm to 76cm (29 to 30 inches). Typically a 65cm ball is most suited when sitting to ensure a suitable bend in the elbow for working at a standard desk. If you're under 5'5" you may need to use the ball in conjunction with a foot rest to ensure a comfortable seating posture.
Exercising ball: 4'8" - 5'5" (55cm), 5'6" - 6'0" (65cm), 6'1" - 6'5" (75cm)
Daily stretching
Sitting on the Esfera wellness ball encourages you to stretch during the day. Sitting all day can have negative impacts on your health so its important to get up from your seat, take a walk and stretch.

Made from 100% polyester material. You will sink into the comfort of the Esfera ball with complete ease, and have loads of mobility. Weighing less than 2kg, the inner ball is made with burst resistant, phthalates free PVC. As a weight indicator, the 65cm can hold up to circa 130kg.
