Love it - sitting at my desk, exercising on it; the corduroy really makes a big difference. Also looks great!

FAQ

Do I need to pair the ball with an anti-fatigue mat?

A mat is not critical but if your floor is slippery, we would highly encourage you to ensure the ball is placed on a mat.

Is it safe to use a ball?

We're not medical professionals, and every body is different, so this one is worth asking your own health care provider. What we can tell you is that a ball encourages gentle, low impact movement, and is typically considered more comfortable than regular chairs.

Can I return the ball if I'm not happy?

Yes of course. We offer a 60 day returns policy so you can try the ball and if it's not working for you, you are welcome to email us and we'll happily arrange an exchange or refund.

How often should I sit on the ball?

There's no set amount of time. This will be different for everyone and it will depend on how your body feels. Most people start with short intervals and go from there. For anything specific to you, your healthcare practitioner is the right person to speak to.
