Why Active Sitting?
Many people enjoy using active sitting as one part of a more movement-friendly workspace setup.
Rather than sitting in one position all day, rotating between different ways of working, whether that’s a traditional desk chair, active sitting, standing, stretching or movement breaks, can encourage more movement throughout the day.

- Machine washable in warm water (approximately 40 degrees). Turn the cover inside out to prevent any snags on the material. Recommended to tumble dry on a low setting only.
INFLATING YOUR BALL
The inner exercise ball is made with a burst resistant, phthalates free PVC, which means it is highly durable and it won't burst on you.
Inflating the ball should take between 10-15 minutes using the hand-pump provided. The inner ball may seem as though it reaches full capacity fairly quickly and you might be thinking you have the wrong size ball, however the ball will just keep inflating until it completely fills the outer cover and there are no creases.

Sizes based on height are approximate. We acknowledge all body shapes are different and if you're still unsure after reading this guide, please seek advice from your local physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
As a weight indicator, the 65cm is pressure tested and can hold up to 200kg however for safe and ongoing / durable use, the recommended weight is circa 120-150kg.
CARING FOR YOUR BALL
To keep your exercise ball in top condition, we recommend regularly wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. The fabric cover can be machine washed in warm water (40°C) and should be turned inside out to protect the material. For best results, tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to prevent shrinking. Always ensure the ball is fully inflated and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain its durability and shape. With proper care, your ball will stay fresh, clean, and ready for your next session!
PRE ORDERS
We do our best to ensure that pre-order items are shipped by the expected date listed on the product page. Please note, however, that this date is an estimate based on the information we receive regarding stock delivery and may be subject to change.
If you purchase multiple items, all products will be shipped together as one parcel once the pre-ordered item is back in stock. Should you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, simply email us at info@esferadesigns.com.au with your order details, and we’ll arrange a separate shipment for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however you may return/exchange any purchased item for any reason.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred, providing the item is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.
In the case of the item being exchanged we will resend the new item back to you free of additional delivery charges. (Applies to Australia Wide Deliveries Only).
One delivery free exchange is valid per customer, any other exchanges after will be at cost of the customer.
