✨ Already own a ball?
You're welcome to use your existing ball with our cover — just note that results may vary depending on the ball’s size, shape, and material. Our Esfera balls are made from a high-density, thick, and burst-resistant material, making them sturdier and more supportive for sitting. Using a lighter or thinner ball may feel different and provide less stability.

CHOOSING YOUR SIZE

The covers come in two different sizes, 65cm and 55cm.

**Please ensure you measure your ball before purchasing a cover. Our covers are made to fit these exact measurements.

PRE ORDERS

We do our best to ensure that pre-order items are shipped by the expected date listed on the product page. Please note, however, that this date is an estimate based on the information we receive regarding stock delivery and may be subject to change.

If you purchase multiple items, all products will be shipped together as one parcel once the pre-ordered item is back in stock. Should you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, simply email us at info@esferadesigns.com.au with your order details, and we’ll arrange a separate shipment for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however you may return/exchange any purchased item for any reason.

We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred, providing the item is returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of the item being exchanged we will resend the new item back to you free of additional delivery charges. (Applies to Australia Wide Deliveries Only).

One delivery free exchange is valid per customer, any other exchanges after will be at cost of the customer.
